01 / STORAGE TANKS

ถังเก็บของเหลวประกอบด้วยน็อต (Bolted Tank) Bolted liquid storage tanks

แผ่นเหล็กเคลือบแก้วเผาสองรอบที่ 820–930 °C ได้ผิวที่ไม่ผุกร่อนและไม่ต้องทาสีซ้ำตลอดอายุใช้งาน ประกอบด้วยระบบน็อตที่หน้างาน จึงติดตั้งเร็วกว่างานคอนกรีตมาก ถอดย้ายและขยายความจุภายหลังได้ Steel panels fused with glass in two firings at 820–930 °C: a surface that never needs repainting and does not corrode. Panels bolt together on site, so erection is far faster than concrete — and the tank can be dismantled, relocated or extended later.

แผ่นจีโอเมมเบรน และวัสดุกันซึม Geomembrane & waterproofing sheet

แผ่น HDPE และ LLDPE สำหรับปูบ่อทุกประเภท เชื่อมด้วยเครื่องเชื่อมความร้อนแบบ wedge weld พร้อมทดสอบรอยเชื่อมด้วยแรงดันอากาศทุกแนว ส่งมอบพร้อมรายงานผลทดสอบ peel และ shear HDPE and LLDPE sheet for every kind of pond and containment. Seams are hot-wedge welded and air-pressure tested along their full length, delivered with peel and shear test reports.

โครงสร้างเป็นแผ่นประกอบน็อตเหมือนกันทั้งสามชนิด ต่างกันที่ผิวสัมผัสของเหลว — เลือกให้ตรงกับค่า pH และข้อกำหนดด้านสุขอนามัยของงาน All three share the same bolted-panel structure. What differs is the surface the liquid touches — matched to the pH and the hygiene requirement of the job.

TYPE A · GFS / GLS

เคลือบแก้วบนเหล็กGlass-Fused-to-Steel

เคลือบแก้วสองชั้นทั้งด้านในและด้านนอก เผาสองรอบที่ 820–930 °C เป็นตัวเลือกหลักสำหรับน้ำดิบ น้ำเสีย และบ่อหมักไบโอแก๊สDouble glass coating inside and out, fired twice at 820–930 °C. The default choice for raw water, wastewater and biogas digesters.
